The following documents are example personal statements for applying for Film and Media courses in Higher Education.

They should be used and not copied!

Therefore when you are reading them consider the following facrors...

  • What information is in them?
  • What makes them well written?
  • What makes the candidate unique?
  • How have they demonstrated their knowledge of the subject?
  • How have they demonstrated their passion and enthusiasm for the subject?

Remember; your personal statement must be unique to you!
