This advert was made to make people think about their children's future and try to encourage them to to stop creating pollution to save their children's future.

Visual and Narrative techniques

In this advert the characters they use are a father and a daughter and the reason they use these is because the father is supposed to be the main protection of their little girl and the father he is telling the littler girl a story about the environment and the way the planet will not last for the the next generations lifetime. So in a way the dad is used as a sense of irony because he is supposed to be the protector of the daughter but in actual fact is killing the daughter.This advert is a dark style because it is supposed to represent the future that is going to happen if we carry on creating as much pollution as we because it will end up destroying the world and because this style is it hits home harder making thew audience consider whether they should stop.

Advertising techniques

In this advert they use the need for protection and nurture to their advantage because they are telling the audience that their children are not going to have a long future if we keep going the way we are. So by telling us this is it makes us think should we stop creating so much pollution because my children will not have a long life span.

What I like/What I didn't

I really liked the overall advert as it gives us facts and makes us worry about the future not just for our children but us and also the tone and the use of trying to scare us in a subtle way by involving the children and the use of characters was superb. Overall this advert is very good and really does get an impact on to people.
