In this advert they have a mixture of girls they have girls with different races, looks, backgrounds they want to make sure that all of these women in this advert look equal because they are. They also say that instead of them being your stereotypical woman they have been shown as being very determined that these women will never give up it does not matter what sort of setback they have they will keep fighting on till the end.
