Visual & Narrative techniques- Setting is in a young girl bed room and her father is telling her a bed time story. This relates to the viewer, as a large section of the audience our families. But also playing on other audiences members nostalgia. A number od camera angles are used. Mostly close up on the book in which the father and daughter are reading. This shows this images in the book, made in cartoon to make it look less drastic.
Advertising Techniques- challenges the need for safety, as your child might not be able to grow up. Shock tactics have been used also as the facts in which they are telling the audience is scaring them.
what works/ what doesn't- The message being told as a bed time story is an good idea. Also the uses of language is easy for all ages to use. What doesn't work is that the advert uses to many shots, making it hard to concentrate.
