I used this image because it is a good example of how photographic composition and contrasting colours can be used to create an image that draws our eyes.
The rule of thirds is used in this image to show the sky in the top left and right thirds, the colour of the sky contrasts with the colour of the sky to draw our eye, however the peak of the mountain is still in the centre of the image, showing how the photographer was clearly trying to make the audience take in how large the mountain is.
