Christina Aguilera makes her first movie début as a small town girl with a big dream, Ali. She immediately leaves Iowa after she "took a look around and realized there was nobody whose life she wanted" and moved to LA where she begun performing in a Burlesque Lounge on Sunset Boulevard. The club is also known as 'The hottest view on sunset strip, with no windows' according to real estate agent Marcus, who is offering to buy the place. The Burlesque lounge is run by an incredible women, Tess who is portrayed by Cher. Ali's journey begins when Tess takes her on as a waitress and she begins to go to extreme lengths to reach her dream of being on that stage, which reveals a hidden talent that drastically changes her time spent at the burlesque lounge forever. Ali then finds herself falling for her flat mate/good friend Jack, whom she met at the lounge; but will they deny their feelings for one another, or will they live happily ever after? That's the question we're all dying to know.
