Coldplay- Yellow

The music video starts with an establishing shot of the beach and just one man in a dark and dull beach he looks alone and isolated. He starts to sing and one of the first lines are 'look at the stars look how they shine for you' so he is telling the audience to look at the stars and that is the only time the stars are in the sky.  The narrative behind this song is a love story to a loved one who has either left there life or passed away. The male character stops on a line that says 'you know i love you so' he is telling who ever he is singing to that he loves them and that he always will. He then stops as if someone is behind him looks behind him for a few seconds then starts to run forward with a smile on his face. Also the meaning of the colour yellow is joy and happiness. Also it is produces a warming effect on people in addition to this its an attention grabber so the song title is grabbing people attention. The song is called yellow so i get the impression he is telling who ever he is singing to that their relationship was all those things about the colour yellow.
