Photographic Composition
I have selected this photo to represent the rule of thirds because the picture has main points of interest in each section of the photo. It also represents lines and shapes as their is a great amount of detail paid to how the lines of the path and plants and trees work together.
This photo represents the light and shadow. The light shining down on the man and then his body creating a shadow in front of him on the floor create a mood and tone to the subject. This is a good effect to use on certain photographs.
I have selected this image to represent a cropped shot. The photographer has cropped out the ends of the picture and focused into one section to emphasise it more and so the whole image does not fit in the full frame.
