This photograph uses 'Rule of Thirds'. The top third is the sunset reflected onto the sea, the middle section is the boat, almost looking like a shadow, and the bottom third is again the sea.
This photograph uses 'Light and Shade'. The faint shadows and shade create a mood and emphasis the objects in the distance.
'Foreground and Background' is used in this photograph. The point of interest which is the baby is in the foreground while the mother who is feeding the baby is in the background which creates depth to the image.
This particular photograph uses three different types of photographic composition, the main one being 'Lines and Shapes', this includes the way the lines and objects work together. A second composition it uses is 'Foreground and Background as it is not just the zebras face that you can see but his whole body in the picture however still focusing all the attention on its face. Something else that brings all the attention to the animals striking face is the composition 'Cropped' as not all of the zebras body/face is in the frame which gives the photograph a great effect.
