Media Blog week 2

 A media text that I have been the audience of recently is the film The Age Of Adaline (trailer above). This film was released in May 2015 and was rated a 7.3/10. I watched this movie through virgin movies on the television late at night as a comfort movie. this movie is a drama and romance to appeal to a range of ages from a teenage girl to middle aged couple.
This movie is a story about a young lady played by Blake Lively who had a magical moment turning her immune to time keeping her young forever; or that's what the audience thought. The movie follows her though time showing the heart break of love between two emotional actors.
The target audience of this film is young adults to the elderly. this is due to the romance in which teenagers crave at a young age and as the film being set in the 1900's as well as the 20th century which most people can relate to.
I watched this movie due to the lead actor Blake Lively; after being a big fan of gossip girl. I think a lot of people my age would have the same reaction as Gossip girl was a very popular TV series for teenager in the UK and america.
I thought this movie was an angelically touching movies with actors that make you feel the pain and love. some may say it has a predictable love story ending which in fact it may but the story that creates the ending has you in tears.
