Luis Suarez

This newspaper cover by The Sun represents Suarez as an animal, the photo used in this cover is the incident between Suarez and Italian defender Chiellini. The Sun would have chosen to brand Suarez as an animal due to this being his 3rd biting incident.
This is an article written by the Independent, again, this is after Suarez's incident involving Chiellini. The article suggests that Suarez is suffering with some sort of mental illness which is implied by the suggestion that he attends therapy in order to get to the bottom of why he's biting. The photo shown shows Suarez lying on the ground which could suggest that after this bite and his eventual 4 month ban, he's reached rock bottom in terms of his career.

This is an article headline from the Liverpool Echo. It show's Suarez's soft side and his charitable side since he's spent hours in Alder Hay hospital bearing gifts to all the children. It also suggests that the Suarez we see on the pitch who's racist, a cheat and an uncontrollable biting animal isn't the true Luis Suarez. The article also shows just how good of a footballer he is acting as if no effort went into the hat-rick that he scored later that day.
Finally, this is an article from Liverpool fan sight The Redmen TV. Here, Suarez is being called a football god, it show's how Liverpool fans look through all the bad things about him and love him for what he does. It also show' the difference in representations between Liverpool based articles from the Echo and fan pages to mainstream newspapers
