Format:
The format of Reality Talent Shows usually consists of running for around 8-10 weeks. For example, shows such as Britain's got Talent, The X Factor, The Voice and Got to Dance go through a number of stages throughout the competition to narrow down the numbers before they discover the winner. This includes: auditions, boot camp, battle rounds, live shows etc. These shows usually fill in the gaps of one another, for example the X factor is usually on around autumn/winter whereas Britain's got Talent is then aired not long after during the spring/summer time. As they're the two main talent shows, the others fit around and along with them.
